Position Overview
We are looking for two (2) motivated HR Interns to join our Human Resources and Admin Department.
This is a PAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAM designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations — from recruitment and engagement to training and administration.
Interns will gain valuable exposure to the full HR cycle, receive guidance from experienced HR practitioners, and get a solid understanding of how people management functions within a major logistics corporation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings and assist in screening and evaluating applications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and help facilitate candidate communications.
- Assist in onboarding activities and preparation of new hire documentation.
- Support in organizing employee engagement programs and company events.
- Collect and summarize employee feedback.
- Participate in initiatives that strengthen company culture and morale.
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and evaluation forms.
- Assist in preparing learning materials and training documentation.
- Support the HR team in post-training analysis and reporting.
- Help maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Assist in HR reporting, compliance documentation, and daily administrative tasks.
- Participate in other HR-related projects as assigned.
Technical & Core Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Team player with initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Must be officially endorsed for On-the-Job Training (OJT) by the academic institution.
- Must render a minimum of 400 hours of internship.
- Willing to report onsite or work under a hybrid setup as needed.
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to professional development.
Internship Benefits (Paid Program)
- ₱300 daily allowance for every completed 8-hour workday
- ₱150 food voucher for every onsite day
