1.0 BASIC PURPOSES

1.1 To perform corrective and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.

1.2 To report maintenance related issues are identify corrections and corrective actions.

2.0 DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Regular Duties

2.1 Performs corrective and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.

2.2 Performs in-house calibration, if needed.

2.3 Safe keep tools and other device assigned.

2.4 Provides technical advice for quality acceptance of spare parts and tools.

2.5 Updates maintenance records regularly.

2.6 Assists machine operators during troubleshooting and machine operation.

2.7 Ensures that breakdowns are corrected with the least possible length of time and preventive measures are in place to prevent re-occurrence. Conducts breakdown analysis with the technical team.

2.8 Ensures personnel's' welfare and safety are top priorities by ensuring company rules and regulations are strictly implemented.

2.9 Ensures that products produced are safe and of good quality by ensuring good manufacturing and food safety practices are implemented, monitored, verified and reviewed periodically to ensure continuous improvement.

Occasional Duties

2.10 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
