We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of electronic systems within our high-tech virtual arcade environment. This role combines traditional electronic troubleshooting with modern technologies such as VR/AR headsets, motion tracking systems, gaming PCs, and interactive arcade machines. You'll ensure all equipment runs smoothly, safely, and delivers an immersive experience for our guests.

  • Install, maintain, and repair VR/AR systems, gaming consoles, PCs, sensors, and arcade cabinets.
  • Troubleshoot electronic hardware and software issues across multiple systems.
  • Calibrate and test motion tracking systems, controllers, and haptic feedback devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics to prevent downtime.
  • Update firmware and software for gaming and VR platforms as required.
  • Manage cables, power supplies, and wiring in a safe and organized manner.
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and user documentation.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure fast response to technical issues during business hours.
  • Document repairs, part replacements, and system updates.
  • Maintain inventory of replacement parts, tools, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or certification in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronic repair, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or IT support.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
