We are looking for a Project-Based HR Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on different platforms.
- Help in sourcing candidates through online job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with qualified applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in maintaining applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide assistance during career fairs or recruitment events.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work on a 6-month project-based engagement.
