Will design, implement, and oversee training programs for retail staff across all store locations. This role ensures that employees have the skills and knowledge needed for excellent customer service, sales achievement, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs
  • Conduct training sessions and coach store leaders to ensure consistent training delivery.
  • Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with OD, HR, and Operations to align training with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in retail management or training, preferably in multi-store settings.
  • Experience in Sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations as needed.
