Selected candidate would be responsible for:

PMO Systems Management:

  • Administer and maintain PMO tools (e.g., Click-on, Odoo, Digital Twin, Power BI, ERP systems).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across project management platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support/training.
  • Compile, extract, cross-validate, and maintain clean system data in compliance with process data standards.
  • Produce regular project progress reports (weekly/monthly/as required) and share them with key stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback and drive data corrections through respective departments.

Process Integration & Automation:

  • Identify and implement integration solutions between PMO tools, financial systems, and other enterprise software.
  • Develop automated workflows for project tracking, reporting, and approvals.
  • Standardize data collection and reporting processes across projects.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure PMO processes align with organizational policies and industry best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, integrations, and workflows.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to project data.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Recommend and implement new tools/technologies to enhance PMO efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for PMO and project teams on system usage.
  • Stay updated on emerging PMO trends (AI, automation, predictive analytics).

Other Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Support project team requirements as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers and department head.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the project lead.

Working Relationships:

Internal: Rollout, Commercial, Engineering, Operations, IT, HR-Admin, Project PICs/Managers/Heads/Directors.

External: Project consultants, system providers, vendors.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

A. Academic Qualification:

  • Degree in IT, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related fields from a reputed university with good academic results.
  • Certification and hands-on experience in coding (e.g., SQL, Python, Visual Basic) and Power BI; data analysis experience preferred.

B. Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the Telecommunication industry and TowerCo business model, with an ability to align tech solutions with business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with various Project Management tools (e.g., Visio, MS Project).

C. Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; flexibility to work on a varied schedule.
  • Ability to perform difficult tasks in stressful situations; results-driven and a finisher.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Fluent English, with good presentation skills to project stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills and find solutions.

D. Working Experience:

  • 3+ years in PMO, systems administration, or business analysis, preferably in telecom/tower infrastructure.
  • Experience as a project coordinator/engineer with Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia or MNO is a plus.
