About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs. This role is pivotal in driving successful outcomes across client engagements by leveraging deep functional expertise in platforms like Ivalua, strategic thinking, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage delivery execution across Procurement & Supply Chain engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal quality standards.
  • Support solution design efforts including effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations with a strong focus on Ivalua-driven solutions.
  • Drive key delivery KPIs such as utilization, revenue growth, and margin improvement across assigned programs.
  • Oversee the delivery of Procurement & Supply Chain transformation initiatives including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies, including regional delivery centers, global hubs, and member firms, to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Strengthen internal delivery capabilities by driving resource planning, onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish project governance structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality assurance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through transparent communication, structured reporting, and governance practices.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills

  • Deep functional expertise in Procurement & Supply Chain transformation, with hands-on experience across multiple industries.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale, complex, Ivalua-enabled programs or similar IT-driven procurement solutions.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid models.
  • Proficient in leading Ivalua implementations, with working knowledge of its core modules such as Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement.
  • Familiarity with other procurement and supply chain platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, o9 Solutions, and Blue Yonder is a plus.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies in automation, AI, and digital procurement platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation.
