We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support the day-to-day execution of social media content and community engagement across our brands. This role focuses on content publishing, coordination with creative teams, and ensuring consistent brand presence across social platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.

Candidates must have experience with Instagram and Facebook platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with a strong understanding of social media best practices and brand storytelling in a luxury environment.

A minimum of 1-2 years of social media marketing experience is required.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Luxury brand or high-end retail experience is preferred.

This role works closely with the Marketing Manager, Multimedia Artist and Business Intelligence (BI) team to ensure timely, high-quality social media execution aligned with brand and performance goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Produce, execute and publish daily social media content based on the approved content calendar
  • Manage social media paid ads
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams to source, organize, and prepare content assets
  • Ensure captions, visuals, and formats align with brand tone and luxury positioning
  • Manage post scheduling, publishing, and basic optimization across platforms
  • Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, and engagements
  • Assist in coordinating campaign-related social content alongside paid and organic initiatives
  • Work with the BI team to track content performance and surface insights
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to improve execution quality
  • Support ad-hoc social media and content-related tasks as needed
