Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Associate provides full-cycle recruitment support, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified candidates. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and excellent candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Assist in executing recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
  • Support onboarding activities when needed.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates to promote a positive applicant experience.
  • Prepare regular hiring progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year solid recruitment experience (not including internships).
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple roles at once.
  • Willing to work on-site, 6 days a week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
