JOB SUMMARY:
The HR GENERALIST will be responsible in providing overall human resources services to the Company. He will lead and manage transformation by formulating organizational strategic plans and programs that will ensure continual improvement of MDC's human & corporate resources.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the overall operations of Human Resources functions such as Sourcing, Hiring, Total Rewards, Employee and Industrial Relations, Training and Organizational Development, Performance Management, Contract Administration, and HR Business Partnering.
· Assist the Human Resources Head to create and develop policies and procedures needed for Human Resources.
· Prepares reports for weekly meeting with the Human Resources Head
· Assist the Human Resources Head the preparation for annual HR budgets, plans, program and calendar of activities.
· In charge of timekeeping of payroll reports preparation and submission to Finance and Audit department.
· Time keeps attendance and payroll of all employees twice a month or every payroll cut-off.
· Accelerate manpower deployment by developing sourcing plans and strategies such as referral campaigns, free and affordable job portals, association membership and trade groups, campus recruitment, social media presence and other related recruitment initiatives.
· Assist the Human Resources Head to provide discipline and grievance management by ensuring employee adherence to the company code of discipline and implement due process takes place and fairness is maintained in administrative hearings and imposition of penalties in compliance with labor law.
· Conduct effective Adult Learning Cycle by facilitating training needs analysis (TNA), design and develop courseware based from management-required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills and Habits, implement related programs and evaluate the effectiveness of all courses taken by the employee.
· Assist the Human Resources Head to design leadership and organizational development plans in order to recommend career development track and succession planning for all position.
· Human Resources Head to Come-up with an inspiring win-win and systematized Performance Management and its appraisal to boost consistency and increase productivity.
· Assist the Human Resources Head to develop employee retention and enrichment program to combat employee pain points from pre-joining to exit management.
· Handle issuance of Contracts, salary negotiation and labor related-issues.
· Assist in strategizing rewards system and benefits management of employees.
· Oversee the 201 filing system and other database management related to HR.
· All other related tasks that may assign from time to time.

Must have atleast 2 to 3 years experience in HR Generalist.
