JOB BRIEF:

The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing day-to-day human resources operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and a passion for supporting employees and organizational goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and coordinate HR programs and processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and help employees understand HR programs.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives as needed.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism).
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping data, as required.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred but any course are also welcome to apply.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as a Generalist.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
