Job Summary:

The Quality Analyst (QA) for Field Collections is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data and activities performed by field collectors. This role involves reviewing interaction logs, validating field visits, and identifying discrepancies or potential irregularities in collection reports. The QA plays a critical role in safeguarding company standards and enhancing operational transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Review and audit daily interaction logs and reports submitted by field collectors.

● Verify the legitimacy and accuracy of field visits, including client acknowledgments and payment collections.

● Cross-check data entries against supporting documents such as visit photos, GPS logs, client signatures, and system timestamps.

● Identify red flags, inconsistencies, or potential cases of misreporting or misconduct.

● Document findings and escalate anomalies to management for further investigation or disciplinary action.

● Coordinate with the collections and field operations teams to clarify data discrepancies and reinforce compliance standards.

● Provide feedback to improve data accuracy and field protocols.

● Contribute to the development and implementation of quality guidelines and audit checklists specific to field collections.

● Generate regular quality and comprehensive audit reports.

Qualifications:

● At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance.

● Strong investigative and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.

● Knowledge of documentation standards compliance, and client handling protocols.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

● Integrity-driven with excellent judgment and a proactive approach to risk identification. ● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Comfortable working with data, reports, and field documentation.

● Confident in using tools like Excel.

● Excellent communicator – both written and verbal

● CAN START ASAP AND AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN BGC.
