About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our dynamic team at GMD PRO' in Marikina City, Metro Manila. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management functions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated account portfolio
  2. Manage and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication, timely issue resolution, and the delivery of exceptional customer service
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions that address client needs and drive growth
  4. Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to secure new business
  5. Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue, providing regular updates to management
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all client interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in an Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industry
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and goals
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
