Job Description:

  • Program Results
     – Leads the analysis of key operating statistics and income/gross profit performance; evaluates underlying operational metrics and business trends with business owners; documents variance analyses and reasons for actual results differing from budgeted and forecast results. Provides strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on the analysis.
  • Reporting
     – Oversees the generation of various monthly and quarterly reports from the general ledger; responds to complex internal requests for reports, investigations, and analysis primarily using Excel and other advanced financial reporting tools and databases. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
     – Manages the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget for multiple locations, clients, and programs. Supports the FP&A Manager/Senior Officer and mentors other FP&A Analysts in developing the forecasts; validates and critically analyzes budget/forecast submissions for FP&A Manager/Senior Officer. Identifies areas for process improvement and implements solutions.
  • Leadership and Mentorship
     – Provides guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, ensuring the development of their skills and knowledge. Conducts training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's analytical capabilities.
  • Strategic Planning
     – Collaborates with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans. Engages in long-term planning to align financial goals with the company's overall strategy.
  • Variance Analysis and Reporting
     – Prepares and presents comprehensive variance analysis reports for senior managers. Identifies key drivers of variances and provides actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Other Duties
     – Performs other job-related duties as assigned by senior management. Continuously seeks opportunities for professional development and contributes to the overall success of the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Accounting or Finance-related course.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must be amenable to work onsite; site is located at EDSA Buendia, Makati
  • Must be amenable to work in a nightshift schedule (following US hours)
