As a Commercial Pricing Analyst, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining competitive pricing strategies for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. You'll analyze financial data, market trends, and client requirements to support pricing decisions that align with business objectives. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current pricing structures and identify opportunities for optimization based on financial targets and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for new and existing BPO services.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform pricing strategies.
  • Evaluate cost structures and profitability across clients, services, and geographies.
  • Support the sales team during proposal and RFP processes by preparing and validating pricing models.
  • Collaborate with finance to align pricing strategies with revenue goals and margins.
  • Create and maintain documentation on pricing policies, procedures, and assumptions.
  • Generate pricing reports and insights to guide management decisions.
  • Identify and lead process improvements in pricing operations and analytics.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Prior exposure to the BPO or service-based industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, cost structures, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with CRM and pricing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce CPQ, PROS).
  • Familiarity with contract pricing and negotiation processes.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies for competitive benchmarking.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or CFA.
  • Experience with forecasting or revenue management in a BPO or outsourcing environment.
