Job Descriptions

Using analytical, organizational and communication skills, this position is responsible for providing high level financial, plan and administrative analysis, preparation and review of client deliverables, while primarily managing all compliance related activities for defined contribution plans including census reconciliation, preparation of contribution and/or forfeiture allocations, non-discrimination testing, and required government filings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in US retirement services, with strong knowledge of 401(k) plans, pension plans, and related retirement products.
  • Ability to work extended hours during any peak season.
  • Available to work on-site in MOA, Pasay City.
