Overview:

Join our growing team as a Senior US Retirement Services Associate
This role is responsible for managing and processing retirement plan transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with plan rules and regulations. You’ll also play a key role in handling client inquiries, coordinating with partners, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage retirement plan transactions accurately and within established timelines.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional resolutions.
- Review and validate participant data to ensure compliance with retirement plan rules and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolution and account updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards at all times.
- Participate in process improvements and share best practices to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US Retirement Services.
- Educational requirement: High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage).
- English Proficiency: CEFR B1 level.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay and amenable to shifting schedules.
