About the role
As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and selecting top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the HR Admin Manager, this full-time position is based in our Pasay City Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
- Conducting initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and key competencies
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of talented candidates through networking, job boards, and employee referrals
- Coordinating the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and providing feedback
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing insightful reporting to the HR team
- Continuously refining and improving recruitment strategies and processes
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as an HR or recruitment specialist, preferably within the HR consulting or generalist HR industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software tools
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
