About the role

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and selecting top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the HR Admin Manager, this full-time position is based in our Pasay City Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
  2. Conducting initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
  3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and key competencies
  4. Maintaining a robust pipeline of talented candidates through networking, job boards, and employee referrals
  5. Coordinating the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and providing feedback
  6. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  7. Tracking recruitment metrics and providing insightful reporting to the HR team
  8. Continuously refining and improving recruitment strategies and processes

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as an HR or recruitment specialist, preferably within the HR consulting or generalist HR industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software tools
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience
  7. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
