About the role

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our dynamic team at B Hotel Quezon City. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As our Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising and executing a range of events for our hotel, from corporate conferences to client functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including budgeting and vendor negotiations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their event requirements and ensure successful event outcomes
  • Source and manage event suppliers, including venues, caterers, audio-visual providers, and other vendors
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's event offerings

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, preferably within the hotel industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless event execution
  • Proficiency in event-related software and tools, such as event planning platforms and budget management systems
  • A passion for creating memorable and impactful events that exceed client expectations
