About the role

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our dynamic team at B Hotel Quezon City. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As our Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising and executing a range of events for our hotel, from corporate conferences to client functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement event strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives
  2. Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including budgeting and vendor negotiations.
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their event requirements and ensure successful event outcomes
  4. Source and manage event suppliers, including venues, caterers, audio-visual providers, and other vendors
  5. Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's event offerings

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, preferably within the hotel industry
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  4. Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless event execution
  5. Proficiency in event-related software and tools, such as event planning platforms and budget management systems
  6. A passion for creating memorable and impactful events that exceed client expectations
