Job Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing collateral for real estate projects, including:

  • Property brochures, flyers, and advertisements
  • Leasing packages and presentations
  • Social media graphics, website visuals, and email campaigns
  • Event invitations, banners, and digital signages

2. Create visually compelling content that communicates the value and identity of real estate developments, commercial spaces, and property offerings.

3. Design building signage and promotional displays, including leasing banners, wayfinding, window graphics, and construction hoardings.

4. Develop clear and engaging materials for tenant communications, such as newsletters, notices, and building updates.

5. Support marketing events by producing branded materials, promotional items, and on-site visuals.

6. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by strictly following brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for all properties.

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team, leasing, property management, and other departments to align on project objectives and deliverables.

8. Stay informed on real estate marketing trends, design innovations, and industry best practices to keep materials fresh and effective.

9. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and output is aligned with business goals.

10. Prepare final artwork and assets for both digital and print platforms, ensuring quality and technical accuracy.

11. Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and marketing campaigns to enhance overall branding and engagement strategies.

12. Perform other design and marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or property development marketing
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing materials, branding, and signage requirements is a strong advantage
  • Experience designing for print, digital, and social media platforms
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of basic photography, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus
  • Familiarity with content management systems, social media scheduling tools, or basic HTML/CSS is an advantage
  • A strong portfolio of past work demonstrating creativity, versatility, and professional design skills, with a clear focus on real estate-related projects and marketing materials.
