About the Role: Lead our Legal Department in ensuring full compliance with corporate, regulatory, and labor requirements. Supervise a team handling SEC, DOLE, and other government registrations, business permits, and legal documentation. Provide expert guidance on contracts, governance, and risk management to protect the company's interests and maintain legal integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee compliance with SEC, DOLE, BIR, and LGU requirements Manage business permits, licenses, and corporate filings Draft and review contracts and legal documents Advise management on corporate governance and compliance matters Lead, mentor, and evaluate the legal team Coordinate with external counsels and government agencies Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Management, or related field (JD/LLB preferred) 5+ years of corporate or regulatory legal experience 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate and labor laws Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Work Schedule: In-person, Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
