JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform to ensure optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the e-commerce industry and is knowledgeable of industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the e-commerce team in printing, encoding, and processing customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Manage product listings, including updating descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels across various online sales platforms.
  • Develop and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing the customer's online shopping experience.
  • Execute online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to increase sales traffic and conversion rates.
  • Optimize product pages and content to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and growth.
  • Conduct competitive market research
  • Troubleshoot basic website technical issues or escalate to the technical team as necessary.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping activities at the fulfillment center as needed to support order fulfillment.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and Tiktok Shop
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and online marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
