Inbound- receiving incoming items

  • Checks the quantity of products received based on Receiving documents.
  • Inform immediate Superior any variance that may be found.
  • Ensures that discrepancies in quantity, quality, or transport defects are recorded in the Tally Form Inward, verified and signed by Shift Supervisor and client representative.
  • Conducts shakedown of palletized transfers/deposits.
  • Responsible for recording weight per carton per pallet as required.
  • Responsible for placement of the computerized pallet tags (PID) and other visual control tags.
  • Ensures that cancelled or rejected deliveries are immediately returned to Warehouse for inventory purposes.
  • Outbound- preparing and delivering outgoing items to clients
  • Quality – check products being prepared for the obvious quality defects before release
  • Monitor accuracy of Pickers by conducting random shakedown of picked stocks.

  • Completeness of tags or markers per pallet or if in crates, per stock. The markers should bear the following:

  • Truck Plate Number

  • Other pertinent data. (Batch Code/Expiration date)

  • Check products being issued for quantity and quality defects before release.

  • Ensures that issuance documents are complete and all authorized personnel have signed.
  • Turn over documents (receiving and issuance) to the Inventory Control Team.
