We're Hiring: Inbound/Outbound Checker (Warehouse)

Job Summary:

The Inbound/Outbound Checker is responsible for verifying, recording, and monitoring all incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse. The role ensures that all products are accurately received, documented, and dispatched according to company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound (Receiving):

  • Check and verify all incoming materials, goods, or products against delivery documents (POs, packing lists, DRs).
  • Inspect items for quantity, quality, and any signs of damage or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for unloading, labeling, and proper storage of items.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of receiving reports.

Outbound (Dispatching):

  • Verify accuracy of prepared orders for delivery or shipment.
  • Check quantity, description, and packaging of goods before dispatch.
  • Ensure items are properly labeled and secured.
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff for smooth loading and dispatch.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately.
  • Assist in periodic inventory counts and stock reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, vocational, or college level in any field.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory checking preferred.
  • Knowledge of delivery documents (DR, PO, invoice, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel or WMS experience is a plus).
