The QA Assistant is responsible for supporting the quality assurance team in monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards related to food safety and quality. This role involves hands-on inspections, validations, and monitoring of production processes to uphold GMP and HACCP protocols and ensure product integrity from processing to dispatch.

· Evaluate and give disposition on product/quality problem and returns

· Knowledgeable on Proper handling/processing of product to prevent contamination

· Knowledgeable on GMP and HACCP procedure

· Perform validation of cutting Pork and Beef, packing, weighing of finished goods according to

· Customer specification

· Performs trimming and rejection in Production line

· Performs inspection of packaging material (Item Description, Production Date, Expiration Date, Weight)

· Shape Performs inspection during dispatching of finished products

· Performs sanitation/structural check and in process monitoring of GMP Compliance

· Performs monitoring of chlorine at washing station if it is within standard

· Validates truck audit compliance to set GMP standards

· Performs validation activities for HACCP program fabrication and dispatch

· Creating daily reports such as daily audit, incident report if necessary

· Evaluate stocks in external storages
