What You'll Do
Draft Duties & Responsibilities of a Marketing Head – ZAGU FOODS CORPORATION
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead the marketing team, provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Define brand positioning and competitive differentiation in the food industry.
2. Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market trend analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Oversee consumer behavior studies to understand customer's preferences.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Brand Management & Promotion
- Build and maintain strong brand visibility through advertising, PR (Public Relation) and digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across packaging, promotions, and communications.
- Collaborate with product development to align new product launches with market demand.
4. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc).
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics.
5. Collaboration Across Departments
- Work closely with Authorized Dealer Department to support distribution and retail strategies.
- Partner with R&D and Production teams to ensure marketing aligns with product innovation.
- Coordinate with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
6. Pricing & Product Strategy
- Contribute to product pricing decisions based on market research and profitability goals.
- Develop promotional offers and loyalty programs tailored to food industry consumers.
7. Digital & Modern Marketing
- Drive digital transformation in marketing: social media, influencer partnerships.
- Implement data-driven marketing tools (Customer Relation Management, analytics, automation).
8. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance.
- Ensure compliance with food labeling, advertising regulations, and ethical standards.
What You'll Need
- Must be a College Graduate preferably major in BS Marketing, Business Management or any related course
- With leadership skills, must have a 5 years' work experience in the Marketing department
- Must have 3 years and above as a Marketing Head, Supervisor or Officer
- Knowledgeable in Marketing Brand Management and marketing strategies
- With good communication skills
- With good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom and etc.)
