About the Role:

We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition leader with 15+ years of experience to drive our strategic strategic, high-volume technology recruitment agenda. You will lead full-cycle hiring, advanced sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing and recruitment operations, while implementing innovative TA systems and processes.

This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leadership to attract and retain top talent across all business functions, with a focus on tech and high-volume roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, with a focus on high-volume and tech hiring.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and building robust talent pipelines.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, direct sourcing, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Implement and optimize TA technology systems to improve efficiency and  enhance analytics.
  • Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns and sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier candidates for tech and high-volume roles.
  • Mentor and lead a TA team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and market insights to meet organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in shared service or multi-location environments, or high-volume environments.
  • Proven expertise in tech recruitment, sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, full-cycle recruitment, and recruitment technology systems.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and highly results-oriented.
