Job Title: Field Execution Officer/Field Merchandising Coordinator

Department: Sales / Operations / Field Services

Location: Metro Manila

Reports To: Field Execution Manager


Job Summary:

The Field Execution Officer/Field Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for implementing and ensuring the execution of field-level activities aligned with the company's sales, marketing, and operational goals. This includes retail execution, distributor coordination, market audits, and field force monitoring to drive visibility, availability, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Execution:

  • Ensure proper display and visibility of products as per planogram and marketing guidelines.

  • Monitor availability, stock levels, and product freshness at retail outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with promotional campaigns, branding, and POS materials.

  • Distributor & Market Coordination:

  • Coordinate with distributors and field sales teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

  • Assist in resolving field-level operational challenges, including stock-outs and delays.

  • Field Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Conduct regular market visits to audit retail execution and gather competitor insights.

  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Submit daily/weekly execution reports and share actionable insights with the team.

  • Team Support & Training:

  • Support sales and merchandising teams in executing field activities.

  • Provide on-ground training and feedback to field staff for improved performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of field experience in sales, merchandising, or operations (FMCG/Consumer Goods preferred).
  • Strong understanding of retail execution and distribution networks.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and mobile reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Working Conditions:
  • Field-based role with extensive travel within assigned region.
  • May require extended working hours, especially during campaigns or activations.
