Merchandising Field Supervisor

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Trade Marketing Solution Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Review plans/Objectives for the day
  • Check Merchandiser log book or time card
  • Conduct store check
  • Check merchandiser presence, if absent, request a Commando
  • Check Merchandiser if in prescribed uniform and grooming
  • Check completeness of merchandising materials/kit
  • Discuss related instructions, issues and concerns by the agency, store and/or principal, if any
  • Prepare weekly reports of Off Take and Inventory
  • Negotiate for additional facing
  • Update about the status of the project to Client (every morning) regarding manning, issues, and concern, promotional activity and comments feedbacks
  • Performance other related task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Retail Merchandising: 2-5 years of experience in retail merchandising is a common requirement.
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing teams, is often necessary.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead, train, and manage a team of visual merchandisers.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, interpret trends, and make informed merchandising decisions.
  • Organizational & Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and potentially merchandising software.
