Summary

The Senior Merchandiser for Fashion is responsible for end-to-end product management, ensuring seamless coordination between buyers, production teams, and other departments. This role oversees product development, sample and bulk production status, adherence to quality standards, and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves vendor negotiations, visual merchandising planning, and optimizing product assortments to enhance sales and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Background in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Experience in merchandising—especially in Apparels, bags, accessories—is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and monitoring skills.
  • Customer-focused, resourceful, and highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
