Job Responsibilities

1. Analyses, checks, releases status, and recommends approval/ rejection of RPMs, SFGs and FGs manufactured or packed under control by the company or third party.

2. Ensure all equipment to be used in production is cleaned or sanitized prior to usage

3. Ensures proper documentation of the results in the Quality Control Logsheets and Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and ensures proper tagging of all tested materials stored at the Warehouse

4. Prepares Rejection or Approval Reports, Certificate of Analysis or Certificate of Inspection, and other related reports

5. Collect retention samples, conduct product stability testing, and prepares necessary reports.

6. Prepares and conducts Raw Material Audit ( every 4 months) in compliance with cGMP/GMP

7. Helps establish test methods and specifications of Intermediate Bulk, RPM and FG together with the Technical Team Lead;

8. Assist the QA Officer in handling customer complaints, feedback and inquiries.

9. Monitors, request and conducts inventory of laboratory and office supplies.

10. Monitors and requests calibration and maintenance of instruments/equipment to ensure good quality of analytical results according to schedule;

11. Prepares other necessary reports or Memo regarding non-compliance to standard procedures or any issues with product quality related;

12. Attends in-house and third-party inspection in compliance with cGMP.

13. Monthly preparation of BMRs of products with Denatured alcohol to be submitted to Regulatory;

14. Assist and should also perform extended Quality Control duties in the absence of co-workers under the supervision of the QA Officer.

Education Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Technology

2. Professional license is required.
