Key role:

  • Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and business analysts to understand

project requirements.

  • Contribute to the creation of test plans and test cases based on user stories

and technical specifications.

  • Perform manual and automated testing on mobile and web applications,

ensuring functionality, usability, and reliability.

  • Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and work

closely with the development team to resolve them.

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of

the Scrum process.

  • Support UAT activities and help triage issues raised by stakeholders.

  • Continuously expand knowledge of QA tools and best practices while

suggesting process improvements.

  • Provide assistance to Junior QA Analysts by reviewing test cases and

supporting them in troubleshooting.

  • Help validate that each software release meets quality standards before

deployment.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

  • Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

  • Experience with both web and mobile application testing.

  • Ability to create and execute detailed test cases.

  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems like JIRA or similar.

  • Understanding of API testing and basic SQL queries

Must be willing to work in Santolan, Pasig City
