Game Product Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning & Release Management

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and version release schedule based on project goals, operational timelines, and market feedback.
  • Monitor product lifecycle and coordinate timely updates to meet market demands.

2. Feature Design & Requirements Documentation

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of player needs, particularly for Live Casino games.
  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that guide development, ensuring functionality aligns with user expectations and business goals.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with development, UI/UX, operations, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Drive alignment across departments to ensure smooth execution and on-time product delivery.

4. Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Utilize game performance data (retention, monetization, engagement, etc.) to identify improvement areas.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize player experience and maximize revenue growth.

5. Event & Feature Innovation

  • Partner with the operations team to conceptualize and launch creative in-game events and features.
  • Introduce innovative gameplay elements that enhance player engagement and conversion.

6. Compliance & Market Adaptation

  • Ensure all product designs, features, and operations adhere to PAGCOR and regional gaming regulations.
  • Adapt game content and mechanics to align with cultural nuances and market preferences in Southeast Asia.

Requirements

1. Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Game Product Manager.
  • Proven background in Live Casino game product planning, launch, or operations is an advantage.

2. Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian and global gaming landscapes.
  • Familiar with gambling, Live Casino games, and player behavior analytics.

3. Analytical Skills

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

4. Cross-cultural Collaboration

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across diverse, cross-border teams.
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

5. Language Skills

  • English proficiency required; additional knowledge of Chinese or Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

6. Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with gaming compliance regulations and PAGCOR operational standards within Southeast Asia.
