About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated
Game Developer
to join our team in creating immersive, engaging, and high-quality gaming experiences. You will work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring gameplay concepts to life, build core systems, and ensure smooth performance across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement game features, mechanics, and systems using Unity/Unreal/other engine.
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to translate creative vision into functional gameplay.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Optimize game performance across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain game systems and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in [C#/C++/JavaScript – specify depending on engine].
  • Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, physics, AI, and UI/UX implementation.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with multiplayer networking and server-side development.
  • Familiarity with shaders, graphics programming, or VFX.
  • Knowledge of mobile and console game development.
  • Understanding of procedural generation and roguelike systems.
  • Passion for gaming and creativity in designing unique player experiences.
