We are looking for a passionate Esports Gaming Recruiter to help us find and sign talented players and content creators. You will search for skilled gamers, evaluate their potential, and help bring them into our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Find and reach out to top esports players and streamers.
  • Watch games, tournaments, and streams to spot talent.
  • Connect with players and discuss opportunities to join our team.
  • Work with team managers and coaches to understand what kind of players we need.
  • Help with contracts, onboarding, and making sure new players feel welcome.
  • Stay updated on gaming trends, top players, and new games.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with esports, gaming teams, or recruiting (1+ year is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of competitive games like [e.g., Valorant, League of Legends, Fortnite].
  • Good communication skills – online and in person.
  • Active on gaming platforms like Twitch, Discord, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
