About the role We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join the talented team at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.'s office in Pasay City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and best practices. What you'll be doing Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions Manage and mentor a small team of accounting professionals What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong technical skills in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial reporting tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proven experience in managing a team and developing the skills of junior team members Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a valid CPA certification preferred What we offer At Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.', we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
