As a Sales Representative, you'll use outbound calls and emails to build a pipeline of new clients. Additionally, you'll consistently follow up on existing clients to encourage and secure reorders.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients — ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving continued growth through exceptional service and strategic support.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in consistent outbound activity — including dialing, email outreach, prospecting, and follow-up — to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct live, video-based sales calls and product presentations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts by maintaining consistent outreach, understanding evolving needs, and recommending suitable product or campaign solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and different departments to ensure smooth client and project execution.
  • Track client activities, order statuses, and follow-ups using CRM tools and reports.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements, closing deals that deliver exceptional client value.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of meaningful sales closing experience, ideally through live video calls.
  • Demonstrated outbound experience, including dialing, prospecting, and follow-up cadence.
  • Experience in account management, client success, or B2B relationship management.
  • Prior experience with promotional products, marketing campaigns, or branded merchandise is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely with US-based clients.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and project tracking tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up and organizational habits.
Compensation

Hourly Rate: $10–14 USD/hour based on experience.

Bonus Potential: Up to $1,000/month based on account retention, upsells, and client satisfaction metrics.
