About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Sales - IT Solutions) to join our dynamic team at YONDU INC.' The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the sales operations of our IT solutions division, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our products and services to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Managing a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to clients
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Monitoring and reporting on key sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales operations or management role, preferably within the IT solutions industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of sales management and CRM software tools
  • Thorough understanding of the IT solutions industry, including the latest trends and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
