The Clinical Operations Manager is mainly responsible for evaluating current processes and providing actionable measures for improvement as well as be able to propose new training and quality solutions towards improving clinical outcomes.

Required:


• USRN &/or MSN, MD, with Active license


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice preferably Inpatient - ER, ICU, Med/Surg


• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in areas focused on utilization review/management, UM quality analysis, and performance improvement

Preferred:


• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.


• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.


• Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.


• The ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.


• Knowledgeable in various guidelines including: CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, evidence-based guidelines including but not limited to MCG and Interqual


• Experience in designing effective value-based care models, protocols, and clinical training to decrease inappropriate utilization and/or enhance quality of outcomes


• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered model of care delivery with proven quality improvement record
