About Our ClientThe company is a well-established, large organization in the retail e-commerce industry. Originally in Hong Kong, it is renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, with a global reach and a diverse product range.

The company is expanding to the Manila to form its back-office team to support global operations. Job DescriptionThe Head of Operations is responsible for the following:Lead and manage the operations team to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic operational plans in line with company objectives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Optimize inventory management processes to reduce costs and improve cash flow. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals. Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of Operations should have:A degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in operations management from a back-office environment/BPO industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional strategic planning and business process improvement skills. An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
