Role Description

The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the back of the house.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or any related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or any related
  • Expertise in Japanese cuisine
  • Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the food safety standard
  • Health and safety regulations & compliance adept
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible
