Job Summary:

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for managing email communications and handling inbound calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. This role requires a strong background in US medical insurance and claims processing, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls and email communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance related to medical insurance and claims.
  • Document and update customer records using internal systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare BPO environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on night or shifting schedules.
