We are looking for someone to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

While we have our ideal lists of responsibilities and qualifications, we will consider candidates that do not have all the necessary qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

We're looking for someone who thrives in helping customers, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. As part of our startup environment, you'll play a key role in building meaningful relationships with clients while ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming chat messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Understand and assess customer needs to provide accurate information, guidance, and support.

  • Ensure all interactions reflect our company standards for professionalism, empathy, and quality.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and processes to provide reliable assistance.

  • Handle inquiries, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within set timelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating active listening, empathy, and attention to detail.

  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when needed.

  • Provide feedback and insights on recurring customer issues to help improve internal processes and customer experience.

  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members when required.

  • (Preferred) Assist in software-related tasks, such as reporting issues, writing simple test notes, or creating tickets for internal teams when relevant.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or chat support.

  • Excellent command of English grammar and written communication.

  • Strong multitasking and typing skills for handling multiple chats or inquiries.

  • Empathetic, polite, and customer-oriented approach that builds trust and comfort.

  • Adaptable to change and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer needs.

  • Passionate, positive, and team-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.

  • Willing to work during mid-shift hours (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Philippine time).

And our process is simple yet robust. Our team works with you to deeply understand your unique business processes, requirements and nuances so we can customise our technology to meet these.

Within just two weeks, we'll have you up and running.

Company Work Schedule

  • Mondays to Fridays
  • Shift availability: Amenable to work during mid-shift hours (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Philippine time)
  • Eight (8) hours a day
  • Forty (40) hours per week
