  7. Professional Experience

  8. Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in property/building maintenance operations

    • Familiarity with Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Codes
    • Understanding of engineering and government regulations
    • Knowledge of construction processes and facility maintenance
    • Experience with LGU permitting processes and government compliance
