Admin Assistant - PT
Key Responsibilities:
- Incharge in sending of RFQ's to sub trades, all files saved the admin folder.
- Responsible in filling out SWMS and WHS management plan.
- Responsible in filling out pre start documents sent by shopping center representative.
- Responsible in requesting building permits and to fill out all documents.
- Will request sub contractor certificates in every job once accomplished. (e.g. electric, plumb, glass, shop front door, engineering
- Incharge of accommodations, booking flights and car hire
- Will be responsible for bookkeeping, invoices and payroll related tasks
Requirements
- With at least 2-3 years of relevant and proven experience in a similar admin role.
- Preferably with exposure in working with a builder/construction company
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with deadlines and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organized, proactive, and dependable, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
