Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Admin Assistant, located in Quezon City. The Marketing and Admin Assistant will be responsible in assisting, planning, coordinating and execution of marketing Campaigns. Help create and schedule content for social media platforms (e.g., facebook, linkedIn). Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials. Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and other internal agencies for marketing collaterals and events materials. Maintain records, inventory, and marketing supplies. Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team. Handle email correspondence, document filing and basic data entry tasks. Perform other clerical task,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or any design tools is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Marketing is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
