Job description

  • Must be a degree holder or a college graduate of Engineering; preferably Electrical or Mechanical;

  • Must possess a Professional License on the field of expertise;

  • Must be willing to handle the Security concerns of the property/building coordinating to Security Agency sourced by the company;

  • Must possess at least 5 years of supervisory experience preferably on Building and Facilities Maintenance

  • With PCO work Experience

  • With good technical and management skills including problem solving and decision making;

  • Organized, honest, trustworthy, flexible, and hardworking;

  • Must have knowledge in MS Office and AutoCAD;

  • Customer service oriented; and

  • With excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
