About the Role

We are seeking a Document Controller to support our client in the Mining & Construction sector. This role is essential in ensuring accurate management of project documentation, compliance with industry standards, and seamless communication between project stakeholders. Alongside document control duties, you will also assist with general administrative tasks to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Document Control:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Ensure version control, accuracy, and timely distribution of technical documents, drawings, and project files.
  • Track document statuses and maintain a register of all project documentation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow.
  • Archive and retrieve project documents as required.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to project and management teams.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Support HR/Finance departments with documentation when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years experience as a Document Controller, preferably in Mining, Construction, or Engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems, version control, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and office support functions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
