We are urgently seeking an Accountant / Accounting Officer with at least 2 years of experience in a placement or recruitment agency. The ideal candidate must understand how to manage applicant-related financial documents and be familiar with handling cases and processes involving the DMW (Department of Migrant Workers).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records related to applicants and agency operations
  • Prepare and process billing, payroll, remittances, and deployment-related financial documents
  • Coordinate with DMW regarding fees, documentation, and compliance
  • Ensure proper monitoring of applicant accounts and case-related expenses
  • Maintain accurate financial reports and support audits
  • Work closely with the operations/welfare team for applicant processing

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience in a placement/recruitment agency (required)
  • Knowledgeable in DMW procedures, fees, documentation flow, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of applicant-related financial processes
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Male or female applicants welcome
